Cozy getaway

The VBRO was in a quiet tucked away neighborhood and close to whatever was needed. We did make a call to the management company for one issue and it was promptly attended to.

House needs work

The location is perfect for sitting out at nights and not feeling like you’re on top of others that are vacationing in nearby homes. The top of the house was hot! I don’t mean a little, temps reached almost 90 degrees. Maintenance stopped by but was unable to fix. We had to purchase industrial fans to have air circulation. No one from management had even officered to compensate our stay. The children were miserable, the same for us. Never again!

Disappointed

House need lots of work. Air conditioner keeps top floor at 80 at best. Out of all exterior lights only 2 worked. Sliding glass door blinds fell on floor. Beds are horrible, hot tub will not set below 104. I could go on!!
