Welcome to Beach Wolf, the most unique 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Southern Shores. If you've driven past it, you've noticed it. A rancher that requires only 3 porch steps to enter the house, it's accessible to those with limited mobility. Completely renovated from the studs and designed with guests in mind. Everything is BRAND NEW: HVAC, doubled-up electrical with tankless water heater (never run out of hot water!), plumbing, appliances, grill, you name it- it's new. Hurricane grade windows and doors ensure peace and quiet inside. Enjoy the gentle sound of rain on the metal roof. Ample parking with an enviable turnaround driveway makes access in and out easy.

Hit the ground running on your vacation with basic items already supplied like dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, laundry pods, cooking seasonings etc. Use what you need, but kindly don't take anything home with you. :)

The home sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 2 master suites with en-suite shower baths (one king, one queen), so small families sharing or extended families are ensured that no one "gets the short end of the stick." There are two comfortable bedrooms (one w/ pair of twin beds, one w/ full) that share a bathroom with oversized tub - perfect for kids. All beds or nightstands have charging ports included. Each room has a laundry hamper, hangers, mirror, and dresser, and the master bedrooms have smart TVs with blu-ray players. No cable is provided, but streaming is available with your subscriptions.

The soothing, coastal ambiance inside makes it easy to relax after a day of adventure or hours at the semi-private beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away. A foot bath off the front porch makes it easy to rinse the sand off your toes.

A fully stocked and labeled kitchen with enormous dining table makes cooking and hosting a breeze. The comfortable living room is stocked with a 65-inch OLED TV and blu-ray player, books, dvds, and lots of games stored inside the coffee table. An electric fireplace provides heat, ambiance, or both. Enjoy blazing fast fiber optic wireless internet too.

A large utility room offers separate washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a first aid kit and basic cleaning supplies.

An ample deck with comfy furniture and large cantilever shade umbrella makes outdoor relaxing a joy. The 2-headed outdoor shower with privacy screen is a delight. The large fenced backyard is perfect for dogs to run. 2 dogs maximum (no cats), all included within the rate.

Guest shed offers several beach chairs, 2 beach cruisers, sand and other toys, kites, and a wagon.

No smoking anywhere on the property, please. Guests will be provided with a unique door code for easy access upon arrival. There is no same-day turnover, so the home is guaranteed to be properly cleaned.
