"The property is three floors. Room 1 is on the bottom floor, underneath all of the stairs. We were on the third floor, thank goodness! The stairs are steep, and there are quite a few of them if you’re staying in Room 5 or 6. We were in Room 6. The room was small but nicely decorated. "The location is perfect. Although we didn’t take the time there are walking trails through wooded and seaside marsh trails just across the road. The drain in the shower was clogged so we showered in a couple inches of water. The baseboards and fixtures also looked pretty old and worn. They need sprucing up. Staff was kind and helpful."
