"Disappointing stay. Two of the three staff members we dealt with on reception came across unfriendly and uninterested. Couldn't sit in the lobby in the evening without bugs constantly landing on you. A number of bugs in the room also, including several beetles on the floor. Dirty towels with another guest's make up on when we arrived. Not what I would expect."

"Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent booking made through your platform. While we were looking forward to a relaxing stay, our experience at the resort fell significantly short of expectations due to multiple issues that were not disclosed at the time of booking. Most notably, the property was undergoing active construction, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The main lobby was completely closed off, resulting in extremely inconvenient access to our room. We were required to navigate through multiple hallways and elevators just to reach our accommodations, as well as to access the pool and other amenities. As I am currently pregnant, these extended and indirect walking routes created additional physical strain and discomfort, further impacting our stay. Additionally, there was a visible leak in the makeshift lobby area, with numerous buckets placed in front of the only available elevators. This not only impacted accessibility but also raised safety and cleanliness concerns. Our room itself had several issues that further diminished our experience: - An ant infestation - Noticeable buildup or rust-like growth on all lamps - A missing screen door on the sliding door, limiting our ability to enjoy fresh air comfortably These conditions do not align with the standards that were advertised at the time of booking, nor with what we expect when booking through Expedia."

"We had a great stay at this property! It was close to everything, the pools were awesome and the sunrises on the beach were spectacular! One of the jacuzzis was out of order and the other was full of kids and teens. Not a problem it you are a traveling family. "

"Very nice, clean condo. Great having 2 bathrooms, lots of space, well equipped and very nice lay out. It is located in a good location, close to town. The host was easy to communicate with, very prompt with replies.Just a couple of negatives. The front door was in very bad condition, damaged by weather. Host did say this is getting replaced. Also, none of the barbecues in the area down by the pool were operational, not usable at all. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit. Mahalo!"

"Comfortable and quiet but a long walk from the lobby (not too bad tho). Close to the beach. Listing details are accurate. Excellent communication from host. Starbucks in the lobby () and a sundry a souvenir shop (). View is to die for and really what you’re paying for. Driftwood Bar and Grill is poolside. Drinks are nice, food is ok — good choices for kids. Parking is 40/day and you will need a rental car unless you plan to stay at property the whole time. 40 fee includes valet service but self-parking lot is close to the entrance if you’re fed up with tipping. All staff we met was very friendly. "

"I stayed here with three friends for a girls trip and we had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable for the four of us. The location was really convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it felt like a great value for what you get. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Absolutely nothing wrong with the room, everything was perfect. Only complaint was half the hotel was under construction so a lot of amenities were closed, but that is out of the hosts control. 10/10 would book again! "
