"Crystal was amazing she answered any questions we had promptly.The only thing is that the original website description of the room noted was the room had two queen beds and was an end too so you only had one neighboring guest. The bed was actually a king bed which was ok. The room had guests on both sides. Thought here was this was changed when the hurricane hit in August so contractors were fixing the end rooms. But Al in all great stay would recommend to anybody visiting this island.Thank you Crystal"

"Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort was very nice & the ocean view balcony was great!! The room was very cute & beach themed which I always love when staying in Hawaii ;) Use of beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, ice packs was very appreciated! The Outrigger was a great location! If visiting Kauai with just my husband again, we would absolutely stay here again! *On a side note, directions of where to drop the trash & recycling on check-out day could be a little more clear- we felt like weirdos roaming behind the resort looking for it since there was a lot of trash looking receptacles & a lot of stuff back there."
