"We were collecting our daughter from Perimeter Institute and used this as a base for her graduation. it was a ten minute walk to the Institute. We had an easy e-check-in and check-out. The parking is a little particular but lots of on street parking you can use during the day. We can recommend the accomodation."

"The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "
