Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. Please note you will not have control/access to the thermostat because it also controls the temperature for the basement unit.
Guest access
One parking spot is provided on the driveway. The other half of the driveway is reserved for the guest in the basement. There is also limited street parking available outside of Jan 1 - Mar 31.

Please note that the garage is used for waste management and not available for parking.
Other things to note
We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping. Snow clearance will be done without notice at the discretion of the snow clearing company.

Please note that there is parking for only one car on the driveway. Outside of the Jan 1 - Mar 31 period, there is free street parking

Please note there is a separate basement unit, so there is potential for some noise. No other spaces, other than the driveway, are shared with the lower unit.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
