"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"Al ser nuestra primera vez en Japón, la verdad llegamos con un poco de nervios al hotel, una vez llegamos las instalaciones, los espacios y el personal fueron increíbles! La verdad sin conocer mucho de hoteles japonés lo recomendaría y de ser posible volvería! De verdad que fue increíble todo, la panadería de las mañanas es demasiado rica! "
