"This was the first time for our group of four going to Japan. We each had our own room and while they were nothing flashy they had everything you’d need. The hotel staff was very friendly, made us feel comfortable and even helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel. The location is very convenient being just a few minutes away from the train station, konbinis and good restaurants. Shin-koiwa is a nice place away from the big city, while still having everything you need within walking distance. "
