We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Great location and very nice for the cost

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Good business hotel. A lot of contract/construction worker are there. Parking at the hotel is limited. Free breakfast. You’ll have to take transportation to eat somewhere. Keep in mind this is a local hotel with public baths.

Clean , good service and great location

Not my first time to stay at the JAL City West Wing, and it's extremely convenient if you're leaving from Haneda the next morning. It's also not a terrible choice for an affordable hotel relatively convenient to Tokyo and Yokohama. There's a free shuttle to the airport (Haneda) and the Keikyu train to Yokohama and Tokyo is nearby. The check-in is almost fully automated, so don't expect too much Japanese hospitality, but the hotel spaces and rooms are clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed the varied dishes they offer for breakfast which was included. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle was on time and offered various times of the day, but be sure to get there to board early if near checkout time because it fills up fast. The only negative is, for seniors like me, the tub is deep and quite high. That makes it a little difficult to get in and out of.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top. But the service is the true slice of cake here. I love visit HotelMonday whenever I visit Japan. I recommend this beautiful hotel for someone whose just connecting or visiting Japan for awhile.

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city
