The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay

"If the Tokyo Disney parks is your main goal, without the premiere expense of staying at an official Disney resort, this is a golden choice. The rooms are lovely and a good size for a family of 4. The free shuttle service to the parks is a huge bonus along with the onsite in hotel Lawsons. The check in and checkout process is near automated, with attentive guest services to guide you through the next steps when you are tired from a travel day. I do wish there was more nearby access to food but we were able to order pizza to the lobby without issue from a local restaurant. But at the end of the day most of our time there was at the Disney parks with The Royal Park being a wonderful home base."

"We had an amazing 7-night stay in this hotel. The location is great right near the train with a view of the tracks but miraculously absolutely silent in our room due to sound proofing. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I was a little disappointed that there was no alternative milk offered at breakfast as I have a milk allergy, and the staff at breakfast weren’t very helpful in resolving this. In the end I wrote to the manager and she was so kind and apologised for what had happened and provided soya milk for the rest of my stay. I really hope that the hotel take this feedback on and that they can make non dairy milk a part of the breakfast, as most 4-star hotels I have ever been to would provide this as standard! Our room was beautiful, a large size with a stunning view of the tracks. The whole hotel also smells so amazing."

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus to the Disney was very accommodating and very easy to use. Overall, great room set up. They were also able to set up and extra bed to make it 3 beds. Foot massager was an ultimate plus!!"
