"Clean, newer (renovated year 2020), large top floor lounge with great views and free Staebucks coffee for guests, lots of restaurant choices and 7 eleven in the building, close to multiple train stations, limousine bus stops at this hotel, great service and all staff speak English."

"They made check in and baggage holding very easy when I waited for my check in time. They also had someone available at the kiosks to assist with check in and shared they would deliver the held bags to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and we had a great view of Tokyo dome city on the 26th floor. Their breakfast buffet also had many options, but next time I would like to try to dine at their restaurant on the top level. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely recommend to solo and group travelers as it’s near the station and there’s just so much to do in the area that doesn’t feel too crowded."
