"We enjoyed our long weekend at the house. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable for us and our dogs. The pool was the perfect place to relax during hot afternoons. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This use to be a hotel and seems to have seen better days but had been reconditioned. Some were in some aspects. Not a top line place but was clean and served our need."

"We stayed for 4th of July and the fireworks were just outside our door step! House is cute and quiet. Lots of character. Would definitely stay here again. Justin is easy to communicate with and the check in process was easy. "

"This room was everything I needed and well worth the price. It was dated, but clean. The staff were wonderful from the front desk to the maintenance person, (I had a light socket that wasn't working. No biggie.) to the cleaning ladies. I loved the kitchenette and nice sized mini-fridge. It was close to many great restaurants too. I would totally stay here again. "

"4 of us stayed here, all with trucks and boats, plenty of parking and very accomdating for what we needed. If you fishing out of Big Toho Marina, your 4 minutes away. Will certainly stay here again."

"Before i book the stay here i went to read the reviews about the property, some where good and some bad. So for the price you kind have to have an idea of how is going to be. But let me tell i was amazing how nice the room was, so perfectly clean, and they dont have carpet on the floor of the room wich for me it show they have to keep everything looking clean and good. I will definitely will be caming back to this place"

"As soon as my family checked in the Internet would not connect Also the TV would not work. The microwave over the stove, which was the exhaust fan when you’re cooking did not work. We sent several emails and got responses that they were going to work on it and they never did. At one point they opened up the dishwasher and fell on my sister-in-law’s foot came loose from the cabinet. Someone finally did come out to fix the dishwasher, but it was not an enjoyable stay with no Internet or TV. Also...

"Communication with the owner was VERY good and I value that! The first night we were there, we were trying to go out at about 8pm but couldn't figure out how to lock the door via the key pad (yep, we are old). They were quick to respond and attempt helping. Kitchen was well stocked with very useful cooking items and dish soap. laundry even had two detergent packs for use! Great stay! "

"Property was located in a good location for our needs. Close to many places to dine, and access to major throughways. Our flight was delayed over 3 hours, but the front desk was available for checkin even after 12:30am. They had our key ready and we checked in quickly."

"Stayed here recently and overall, I was pretty happy with my experience. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than it looks from outside! My room was super clean and neat, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout (big plus in my book). You can tell they really take care of the place on the inside. One thing to watch out for: the hotel allows pets, which is awesome and makes sense with the easy-to-clean floors, but there’s a $75 per night pet fee. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Expedia or even on the property’s own page, so it was a surprise when I checked in. Breakfast is included, which is always a nice touch, but the area where it’s served is pretty small for how many guests the hotel has. It felt crowded and it was a bit tricky to find a spot. All in all, a solid stay if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room (don’t judge the book by its cover!). Just be ready for the pet fee if you’re bringing a furry friend, and expect a cozy breakfast setup!"
