Lake Marion Resort Community is located fifty minutes from Orlando's famous attractions in a natural surrounding away from the crowds. You will enjoy fishing, kayaking or canoeing on the spectacular Lake Marion. The lakeside is equipped with a natural picnic area, with beach volleyball. Great place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very clean and inviting. The only issue was that it was a little bit far from some of the things we wanted to do and the beds were a little bit uncomfortable. However, my family and I had a great time staying there.

Very welcoming and clean property. Loved how check in was easy, pool towels as well as bath towels/linen were provided. Kids had a great time and pool right behind villa was a plus.

Nice Place to Stay

This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again.

Great vacation house

House is equipped with everything your family needs for vacations. Pool is right behind the house, water was nice and hot. Host responded quickly when I texted her and was super nice. Will 100% recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Quick getaway

My son and I were scheduled to stay in Tampa right after Hurricane Milton. The property was damaged so we had to make a quick change. This place was the perfect fit for what we needed! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Easy access to the property. Accommodations were great. Three nice size bedrooms. Property is right by the pool. It is a drive to restaurants and big box stores but we were there to fish and relax. Plenty of lakes near this property.

Florida Vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation. The communication with the owner as well as the property manager was very good and if i had questions they were answered promptly. The property was a bit far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. We had a great time and look forward to going back!

Vacation House

The house is cute and in a nice gated neighborhood. A dollar general is convenient down the street. There also is a Walmart not to far. The layout of the house is roomy and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is softer beds.

1 Week "Staycation" with family

We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!

Perfect location for Legoland and Disney

I love this quiet neighborhood for our Legoland vacations. This property offered everything we needed for the 6 days we spent there. The only recommendation for the owner is a much needed deep carpet cleaning throughout the house and new towels in all bathrooms. The communication with owner is very pleasant and efficient. If the above mentioned are fixed, I would gladly return to this location

secluded but great price

beds were not great & phone service was spotty but wifi was available. For the price it was extremely comfortable. Pools close very early, so kids did not get to use them much. Joyce and owner were both great. complex office helped us with printing on line tickets.

Charming home, pleasant stay

We were very happy with the accommodations. Charming home, Well furnished, clean and well kept. Small critiques would be the location shown on VRBO website is about 5 miles east of actual location. The community was very nice and well maintained. Location itself in more rural area less populated than some, and night driving may be tricky. Also low on toilet paper which traveler may not remember to pack. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and with our stay. The rate was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

Short and sweet

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 3 days. We almost spent no time here but the time that we did stay here was great. We were unable to take advantage of all the amenities that they offered like the pools and basketball hoops but it was great to have them available in case that we did need them. The owner responded to all of our messages and questions really fast. I thank them for giving us a comfortable place to stay during my visit to Florida for my cousin's wedding.

Just okay

Pros: The owner and property manager are easy to get in touch with. The set up of the condo is great and it is very well stocked (laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc in addition to paper towels, toilet paper). The condo was clean. The smaller community pool is directly behind the condo. Cons: There was a pretty bad leak from the toilet in the guest bathroom that the owner informed us about right before we arrived. There was standing water in that bathroom so we couldn't use that bathroom at all. There were ants in the kitchen. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before and after dinner but it didn't seem to help. Property manager offered to bait the ants while we were there, but I declined because we were only staying two nights and I have small children that put everything in their mouths. The bed in the master is insanely hard.
