"Really enjoyed our short stay. Plan on returning for a longer period of time room was 2 bedroom apt. Someone forgot to sweep the floors. But otherwise the unit was great. The sit down restaurant was wonderful. Lazy river was fun but of course it was crowded. Only complaint is you have to rent the tubes for the river"

"Condo definitely needed to be cleaned better.. and maintained better. Pool itself was dirty. We arrived on a day it was raining, once it let up, we checked out the resort. Kids clothes laying around the pool area, pool had cups and branches floating in it. Water itself was dirty looking, pool needed to be vaccumed and cleaned. Chalked it up to being a wet stormy day, went back the next day, broken water balloons on the ground, trash, same solo cups floating in pool and hot tub. Grounds around the Pool was dirty and littered. Never did get cleaned up, during our 9 day stay. Condos are definitely dated, and basic. But place is ok, if you are there to do the parks and not par take in the “resort” aspect."

"The hotel is new and property is very clean. The staff was helpful and provided great service during our check in. The Kompose Bar & Grill had very good food and drinks as well as excellent service."

"The best hotel ever that I’ve stayed at, however I have one observation, they need to improve the cleaning service in the bathrooms located in the pool area, the water park, and the public restrooms in different areas of the hotel. Some of them were dirty. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was always very friendly and treated us courteously. "

"Rooms were very out dated, stale smelling, and loud! You could hear everything! I would definitely spend the extra money for a higher quality hotel! The location was the best part of the hotel, but save your money and go elsewhere!"
