The full kitchen, which features a gas stove, is directly nearby and features plenty of space for cooking up your big vacation meal. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone can pack light. You'll be less than 15 miles from Disney World at this home - with plenty of time and space to enjoy yourself!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Private Pool House

I loved that it’s in a gated community and everything seemed so tranquil and peaceful there. I met 2 new friends, the 2 ducks that frequent the property. The lake view is awesome! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Mrs. Simmons

Relaxing holiday

The property was very clean and layout was great. The check in process was a little challenging as the code for the door did not work even after code changes. The listing made reference to a bbq but there was none. The pool area and gazebo were great.

Mis Leading / Poor communication

The first day we got to the home we went grocery shopping bought things to grill for dinner considering the listing said their was a gas grill available at the home, their was no gas grill after all, we reached out thru the texting app, with promises we would be contacted and never were. I booked our stay on Feb.19th with request to have the pool heated for 3 days of our stay which never happened they advertise $32.00 a day and they tried to tell us it would be $155.03 when I asked about this charge this was the response The pool heat fee is $32 per day plus tax and can take 24 or more hours to heat. If you still require assistance please feel free to chat back in and we will be more than happy to help out. Thank you for choosing Vacasa. I get that tax would be included but $32 a day for 3days plus $155.03 what am I missing?
