"Rooms have been renovated in a very tasteful way. Rooms were also very clean. Staff was wonderful- although make sure you let them know you want your room cleaned- sounds like a Covid-era leftover. Amenities are tops and you'll never want to leave resort as kids play in the waterpark then dine with family at the resort. It's a yearly tradition."

"It is excellent resort, including the atmosphere, service, and overall experience. With the growing number of electric vehicles, additional charging stations would be a great convenience for guests. For breakfast, I would prefer to see more freshly prepared breakfast choices (instead of fast food) that better match the quality and atmosphere of the resort."

"The staff professionalism and helpfulness were the highlights of this trip. I would like to command the staff member named Bouchra who checked us in. Her customer service was outsdanding. She went out of her way to accommodate us, made us feel like VIP. She made sure she gave us a room on time after we told her we were tired from driving. The rooms were impeccable and the view was fantastic!"
