The staff have been very friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything I need. The room is spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in Orlando. Even though it’s a family-friendly hotel, it’s also great for adults traveling without kids. The pool and common areas are beautiful and inviting. I’m really enjoying my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando."

"I had to make a last minute switch in my accommodations (literally within a 30min. window of time). And they were able to accommodate me. Service upon check in to check out was wonderful. They understood I was not there for vacation and accommodated my needs as such. Property staff was extremely helpful from the concierge, to parking attendant, to food delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. "
