"There's staff to welcome and orientate us upon arrival. And since it's a large hotel with 3 buildings, the staff briefed us and walked us to the building where our room was. Nice breakfast and we have 3 onsens to choose from! It's also conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to the main sights at Gero. "

"The onsen facilities were quite impressive with many pools including outdoor mixed gender ones (until 9 or 10pm), where you put on their provided clothing. Outdoor onsen in cold dark night creates a beautiful atmosphere. The dinner and then breakfast were excellent and unforgettable. We had our private dining room and there were lots of elaborate dishes. The wait staff were the epitome of Japanese gentleness. "

"I was delighted to find the afternoon tea, coffee, snacks and draft beer lounge. Local bus stop right outside (although buses are infrequent in the area). Lovely onsen, great meals, relaxing vibe."

"Futon style. I paid extra for room facing the river. Waking up to river flowing sound is pretty therapeutic. The room has a toilet bowl room attached with hand washer. But for face and teeth brushing, you will need to go to common bathroom area. Onsen is said to have medicinal properties. There's nothing much around that area. Basically u r there juz to chill and relax. I like their free flow of spring water very much. There is a basic deck for stair viewing as well. Do note that there is a daily free car pick up 3.30pm from kiso fukushima station and departure of 10 am. I like they put in efforts in presenting their meals. Food is excellent, worth the extra 5500 yen paid 4 brekky & dinner. I stayed for 2 nites and they make it a point to change or vary my food menu which is greatly appreciated. Overall service is fantastic!"

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. Happen to stumble upon a cosy McDonald’s when I was exploring the area near Ina park where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! There is a direct bus to the Takato Castle Ruins at Inakita Station. See the bus timing chart. Hotel was like a resort with a very nice public bath. The room is spacious, comfy with the usual Japanese standard toilet & bath."

"This hotel give me a homely feeling. The staff are friendly and attentive. They provide pick up from the train station and daily shuttle to town. The star gazing tour was a bonus!"

"Everything was verygood. Facilities are well maintained but could usee some upgrades. Food were good to very good-Staffs are excellent. Our wish is at least one english speaking channel on TV. Thanks the Owner and staffs for our good time "
