"Excellent stay at this hotel. Ive had very mixed experiences with hotels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, clean and contemporary decorated rooms and public areas. The room was a small suite with a well equipped kitchen area, microwave, hotring,fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Spacious bedroom with a sofa. Large shower room/toilet. Lots of arty touches to give a nod to the buildings previous use as a mill. Very comfortable and 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min walk from train station and town centre, though you do have to pay for your car overnight and there is limited parking. Breakfast was included and was great with fresh hot and cold food buffet style. Would highly recommend this place and intend to use it if and when i return to Dundee. "

"Amazing!! Just outside Perth stands this amazing manor home! The staff couldn’t be nicer and absolutely accommodating. We arrived late afternoon and asked about high tea. They were able to accommodate us. It was great! Of all the places we stayed, we would love to come back to this one and spend a week relaxing. In the evening we went to their restaurant/bar and enjoyed some great cocktails! The bartender was knowledgeable on her liquors and gave us a nice pour! Can’t recommend this one enough! Absolutely amazing!! "
