"We have been looking for a place like this to stay on our trips to Kirksville for years now and this place is the best. The setting over the pond and views you get in the mornings and evenings are second to none. The hosts are very welcoming and took our son to help with chores and took the time to answer all his questions he had about the animals. Jason and Joyce treated us like friends we had a great time meeting with them. The place is clean and cozy. I would recommend that anyone heading to the area to look this place up and stay."

"Well setup and nice snacks! Hot chocolate and popcorn. Would suggest a teapot for us tea lovers and some hooks for hanging up towels. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the college in Kirksville."
