"We stayed at the Butterfly Butik Hotel for 1 night with our 2 cats. Hotel and owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. A little English is spoken but we managed. My sat nav took us completely the wrong way so when on the main road there is a tall sign for the hotel and the Aras Restaurant. Easily missed if your relying on the sat nav. "The overall condition of the hotel was acceptable; room was indeed small with little space to move around or put suitcase, but it was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The issues I had were- It was not clear from my booking if breakfast was included so it was a surprise to me when I arrived to learn that it was not included; since breakfast only went to 9.00am I chose not to pay for it as that was too early for me. "Location was perfect. Close to bazaars and histoc and cultural sites. Plenty of inexpensive eateries very close by. The staff was very polite and eager to assist in which ever way. Breakfast was basic buffet. Beds were not too comfortable. Overall it was value for money. "
