"Beautiful this time of year ! The rooms are 200 years old and clean and comfortable but one needs to remember it is a historic village. Wouldn’t have traded the village for a true 5 star"

"The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning."

"They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing."

"See you next year..."

"Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!"

"There was only coffee in the room, no cream, no sugar. You had to take your own trash out to the trash downstairs every single day or they would charge you an additional $20 a day. The food was horrible. Continental breakfast is not bagels. The donuts were locked up in a refrigerator with a combination lock."

"Clean and nice staff"

"Good bang for the buck"

"No help with directions for the immediate area located in. Didn’t take us seriously. Weren’t concerned. Said lots of people have trouble finding their place."

"Internet connection was non-existent. Carpet in my room was damp. Could not charge incidentals to my room. Everything looked and felt second hand and worn out. The staff however are exceptional, professional, welcoming and very helpful."

"I went for the cheapest rate on a popular weekend, you get what you pay for. ESA caters to extended stays. This particular facility is old and shows it. My room had a noisy a/c unit, creaky, saggy bed, aged and stained furniture, malfunctioning cable, two dead light bulbs, and overall unsatisfactory. Especially after paying $376 for three nights. Subpar! Never again."

"The room was beautiful and very clean."
