"This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities."

"I had breakfast included but it wasn’t mentioned at all during my stay which is fine since i only stayed because i had a layover. Otherwise it was a nice stay."

"The receptionist was slow and disorganised other than that only stayed to sleep for five hours. Bus stop for the shuttle poorly signposted at the airport so o grabbed a taxi which charged 17 Euro for a two kilometre hike. Hotel was still advertising on Expedia under its previous name holiday inn when in fact the name had changed to Scandic. Not helpful"

"AC was not as strong as we’d expected. Just about kept the room cool. Heating should have also been working as it got abit cool in the evening. They switch the heating off centrally in the summer."
