"Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city center. Light breakfast option available. Unfortunately, just stairs, no elevator to the third floor rooms. Excellent staff was able to relocate us to the first floor."

"Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here.
