"We really enjoyed our two night stay. Our courtyard room was lovely, spacious, very quiet and in great condition. The hotel is a lovely space, great design and as a family run venue it is a credit to everyone. Clearly the use of natural wood and eco energy is a great example to others in the tourism business. The grounds were well kept and breakfast was delicious. A wonderful experience all round."

Great Yorkshire hospitality at its best, My room was very spacious for the night, a fantastic breakfast cooked to order the following morning. All the staff were both professional and courteous in their duties. A refreshing change from the usual chain hotels or city hotels. Highly recommend this place, and Easingwold is a beautiful small town. "

"A Perfect Anniversary Escape in Serendipity – Every Detail Considered We stayed in Room 15, Serendipity, to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Thoughtful touches like welcome chocolates and a personalised congratulations message made us feel truly valued. Dinner was superb — beautifully presented with outstanding flavours — and followed by a surprise delivery of celebratory truffles. Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind. The personal touches really made us feel celebrated, and it’s clear the team takes genuine pride in the guest experience. "Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. A beautiful period property with lovely grounds. If I was to find the tiniest fault it would be there was no bread or bread rolls for the continental breakfast option. This did not detract from our stay & I only mention it as it’s a quick fix for future guests. Highly recommended if you find yourself in this neck of the woods."
