"We stayed in the ocean front room. The room and view were beautiful. We had dinner at GIGIs. The food was good. The menu selection Was limited for us because we do not eat fish. The negative with Gurneys is the rooms are not connected to the main building. They do provide a car service to pick you up. I feel this limits you. We would have gone down for a drink but it seemed too involved to get there. This resort is not for seniors ."

"The rooms were cleaned daily, and spotless. We wished we had a better view from the balcony, but all things considered, we would return. (Wish the coffee was better, though.) It's across the side street from the beach access, and an easy stroll to town just a block away!"

"Had a great stay and the price was amazing. Heated Pool and yard games made the evenings fun. It’s so close to the beach as well. Fell asleep in the beach chairs that each unit was given. Hearing the waves was nice. Studio is snug but it was just me and my wife."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hero Beach. The location is perfect - the beach is right across the street and town is less than a ten-minute walk. The beach loungers and umbrella were a great convenience. The hotel itself was clean and the room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were also lovely - we appreciated the firepits and lots of areas to hang out and relax. Was a little expensive, especially after Labor Day, but we really enjoyed the stay!"

The festive atmosphere, beautiful weather, beach days, and fireworks made for an unforgettable getaway. The property is beautifully designed with thoughtful room layouts, high-end appliances, and quality finishes that create a luxurious yet comfortable experience. The attention to detail throughout the property is impressive, and it's exciting to see the continued improvements being made. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Montauk has to offer. Having beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day made relaxing by the ocean effortless. The hospitality from the entire team was exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and welcoming, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests had an enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a modern, beautifully designed property with outstanding service and an unbeatable location, Offshore Montauk is an excellent choice. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montauk."
