"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The property is located in isolated area in Alpls, with beautiful views. The host Ursula is very nice. She will prepare custom dinner or breakfast based on your preference. Good beer.They keep geese as pets. Perfect for families looking for agroturism experience. Thank you Ursula for hosting us! "

"Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too."

"I was a little sad because they prominently promote the pool in their pictures but it closes down after sept 30th but they had a spa and jacuzzi to help make up for it. What I liked was the breakfast, the dining area, the view (that I did pay extra for a view room and it was beautiful). The hotel clerk was very responsive to questions. The location was very close to a shopping/strolling area. It was easy to get to and easy to park. "
