On the downside, even though this hotel is in the middle of the city and offers no "resort amenities" it still charges a "resort fee" so be prepared for that. Also, if your intention during your stay is to walk from the hotel to enjoy downtown Mannheim each day or night, you should instead get a closer hotel as this hotel is too far away to do that."

"The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again"

"From start to finish the stay was very enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, large room (330) with all mod cons. Great breakfast and dinner service. Fast Wi-Fi. Nice area. Comfortable bed. Very fair price. 2 tiny niggles, both reported to the staff - bathroom was poorly lit and the shower 'screen' was far too small to prevent water splashing everywhere."
