"This location was perfect for a stay near Chiemsee. We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly."

The apartment was incredibly clean, with modern appliances, a full set of kitchen implements, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from two different balconies. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub beim Zipflwirt im Ursprungstal bei Bayrischzell. Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit interessanten Informationen und Anekdoten rund um unseren Urlaub versorgt. Unsere Wohnung mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick in die Berge war mir viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Die Lage ist zum Ausspannen traumhaft, ein Quellwasserbeclen und eine große Liegewiese sind auch vorhanden. Wir hatten einen rundum traumhaften Urlaub ! August 2023"

"WOW!!!! What a fantastic rental in beautiful Kitzbuhel. Perfect location, full of warm cozy charm, beautiful views and a wonderful host (Theresa) that greeted us upon arrival. Susan and Adriana (Commendable Rentals) were both great to work with, helping arrange transportation and a chef (Vicki) to cook for one night. Some snow boarded while the rest of us enjoyed the Christmas Markets and shopping. We prepared a delicious Christmas dinner by a roaring fire while listening to the church bells...

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again.
