Super cozy studio apartment located on the top floor of a very small block offers you panoramic views over the Kitzbüheler Alps. Freshly renovated, and tastefully furnished, Alpine’s Nest is the perfect summer or winter getaway.

The Gaisberg chairlift is just 350m from your door, so too the ski-bus stop which connects you with the Maierl Gondola in just a few minutes. The centre of Kirchberg is a very pleasant 15mins. walk along a mountain stream. Skiing back home is also possible via the Gaisberg lift.



For summer guests various hiking trails pass right outside your apartment and the famous ‘Lisi Ösl and Gaisberg’ mountain bike downhill trails end right outside your door. Kirchberg’s ‘Badesee’ (bathing lake) is a 10min. stroll, and the Schwarzsee Golf Course just a 4km drive.
