"Very enjoyable stay in a surprisingly roomy terraced property. Quiet location yet very close to centre of Stokesley. High standard of cleaning and equipment. Our only issues were directions to the property, key in the wrong place and a microwave problem. We believe all of these points are being addressed."

"This really is a stunning property, it is well catered for families and dogs too. The location is spot on and there is tons to do around the area with amazing walks and scenery to local markets and nice restaurants and pubs. Jo is a fantastic host and we can't wait to get back there next year. "I found the place not so clean. From the dishes and cuttlery to the sheets and towels. Very disappointed. One bed's leg broken. They attended to fix the bed's leg but the dirty linnens on pillows and sheets were not changed. Blood patches and long body hairs on the bedsheet where children were sleeping. "

"Big places that included an annex in the garden. While we were there it was very warm (heat wave) and owner sent message she purchased 2 fans & they would arrive shortly. That was all we needed to stay cool. "
