"We spent two days with family, which included two couples, a father in law and a niece and nephew, all adults. It is spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy, but the common areas are large enough to accommodate everyone n for dinner or board games. One caveat: stop at a grocery store on your way in. There is very little nearby!"
"We had a group of 15 gather for a family reunion. We were looking for a space that was peaceful, close to nature and would keep folks entertained, and The Reserve at Kirby Landing exceeded expectations. There was ample place to cook— as we planned to make most of our meals— there was a fun space for the young adults and teens in our group, we were far enough away from towns to really enjoy nature and time together. Communication with our hosts was wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a beautiful space."
"Super cute property, close to all the places you’d want to visit. Very clean, well stocked with games and activities. Was pleasantly surprised to see some equipment to use at the diamond mine. We would have loved to have used the fire pit but sadly the weather did not agree with that plan. For anyone choosing to stay in the area know now that places to eat are few and far between and ALWAYS call to see if a place is even open (went to three places and all were either closed that day or gone completely, ended up driving to Texarkana). There is a small Walmart about a 35 minute drive away. Overall, the property was pleasant and clean. We enjoyed our stay. "
"It is an older facility but not run down. For for the price, you can't beat it. When you just need a comfortable and quiet place to rest and clean up to go to your next function, it's great. No complaints at all. Staff is friendly as well."
