"Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...

"Attention to detail is right! Every inch has been beautifully designed, down to the marble trim on the outside of the house. The host Jasmin is a sweetheart, the place is very cozy, and the village is quaint (which bear in mind also means the town and transportation shut down early). Makes perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle."

"We loved our visit to Germany ! Our hosts were very hospitable and our accommodations were delightful! We enjoyed our 2 week stay , it was rural yet close to everything! 20 minutes to Mainz, Wiesbaden, 30 minutes to Frankfurt , The town was within walking distance with wonderful restaurants . "Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben, bis auf den Außenbereich. Anstelle des Gartens betreibt der Vermieter dort jetzt einen kleinen Gastro Betrieb. Dieser stört jedoch nicht, im Gegenteil. Man sitzt dort sehr nett und gemütlich mit Biergarten Atmosphäre und das Essen ist richtig lecker!!"

"Wir hatten ein super Wochenende in Dies. Haus, Lage, Vermieterin und Buchung kann man nur empfehlen. Hier ein Beispiel: Im Haus hatten wir keinen Handyempfang und leider fiel über das Wochenende wegen Bauarbeiten das Internet im ganzen Tal aus. Claudia (die Vermieterin) hat dann Ihre "Verbindungen" spielen lassen und z.B. für uns einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert - perfekt!"

"Wir waren drei Nächte zu Gast in diesem Appartement. Insgesamt ordentlich eingerichtet mit vielen Utensilien in der Küche und sauber. Aber es gab keine Seife wie angekündigt. Insgesamt sehr dunkel, das Rollo in der Küche ließ sich nicht öffnen. Durch die Lage an der Straße auch sehr laut. Leider ist auch die Schlafcouch nicht als Bett zu benutzen, da es keine Matratze hat sondern nur harter Stoff ist. Uns blieb nur das große Matratzenlager um alle unterzubringen, zum Glück bietet das...

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. "Far enough away from downtown Frankfurt, but close enough to have easy access to highways. The staff mostly speak English and they are super-friendly. The scenery is fabulous. The food is delicious!
