"The place is located above the village, and you should NOT use google maps or waze for guidance inside the village. The room is very beautiful and in good condition, however, we got an lawful smell of cigarettes, even though it is not allowed to smoke inside. The manager gave us some freshener to reduce the problem. Another issue was that the floor/ceiling is made of wood, and we could hear every step and muffled sounds of talking from the room above. "The best features of the Artemis Apartments are the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and its close proximity (5 minute walk) to the iconic Konitsa Bridge and two good restaurants nearby.
