"We had a really great stay at The Coppa. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the food was fantastic — we enjoyed lunch, breakfast, and dinner there during our stay. Our room didn't have air conditioning, and we arrived during particularly hot weather. Being on the ground floor, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable leaving the windows open overnight, as our room overlooked the entrance and carpark, and there’s no gate or barrier and it felt a bit exposed. That being said, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would definitely stay again. A great spot for a weekend away, especially if you’re bringing your dog along! "

"Really nice hotel. But a bit of a pain to get to from the railway station with all the road and regeneration work going on. Why whoever is doing the work do not open the pavement area up at weekends is beyond me. No one working. But having to go out of the way to get to the hotel. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. "

"All excellent, clean room comfortable bed, quiet. Staff are great, very friendly . Particular thanks to Vincent on reception and Andreea in the restaurant. They all seem happy in their work which comes over to guests. Breakfast is excellent, loads of choice both hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again"

"Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, facilities and bar excellent. Bar food was good. Breakfast was a quite disappointing and I wish I had just gone for a Starbucks coffee and croissant instead as that is inside the hotel."
