"This was the best vacation we’ve been on! The staff is incredible! Breakfast was simple and amazing! Very attentive people and accommodating! The views were incredible with a cool room and comfortable bed to relax in!! "

"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "Wonderful hidden little place. Very beautiful, perfect stay for a romantic trip. The bed was very comfortable, good TV channels, bathroom was lovely, the staff was extremely accommodating."

"It's a very nice homestay in the middle of rice fields, if your looking for relax place and nice people this is it, been there 3 times and will be back again Yoga, Amy and all the staff are so nice, love this place thai restaurant on place, a walk away from another warung and restaurant and also nice massage salon"

"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. Just off the main road in the centre of Ubud this property lies, welcomed by happy, friendly staff willing to help where needed. "Simple guest house near Ubud Centre. Quiet place due long walk to house from the road. Parking is small with narrow short road to it. Could be hard to find at the very first time. Overall good cheap stay."

"Beautiful property and pool. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were welcomed by Ayu at the reception. She's a trainee, but is very well skilled, speaks excellent English and extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us room 8203, a very nice room overlooking the pool and temple. Wayan the restaurant manager runs things smoothly and is great company. We had a lot of contact with him and he taught us a lot about Balinese culture and Bahasa. Then there's the bartender Wira, he has the friendliest smile, talks a lot and makes every cocktail you want. He is very tallented as well and is also a trainee. Every hotel needs a Wira at their bar! Septiana works in the restaurant and is a lot of fun. She entertaines the guests, serves everything you ask for and knows a lot about Ubud and where to go or not. Overall they have a lot of friendly tallented trainees like Ayu, Wira (Lola), Ari, Dewa and Rani. They made us feel right at home. They do have excellent staff to teach them. Murkanti, Garet, Gus Dwi and Septiana lead the hotel and restaurant excellent. Thanks to them we had a great time and will come back to this beautiful hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay at Swahita! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality alone would keep us coming back. The only small suggestion I have is to improve the coffee at breakfast by adding a filter. Other than that, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here mainly because of the exceptional staff and great location. Walkable to a lot of attractions and restaurants. "
