"Excellent Route Inn. Really busy at breakfast at 6:30, due to a big group all dining first thing. Delayed our start by 30min. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff were amazing. "

"The typical business hotel done right. Affordable, clean, quiet, comfortable and near the train station. Plus it comes with free breakfast which is a rarity nowadays. Lines for breakfast can get long at opening time, so it's good if you can wait it out until about an hour later."

"3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring. Onsen is quite good, with an outside pool. Use this hotel to visit nikko as jr local train is so comvenient. Also use JR to travel tohuku region like sendai n morioka."
