"Very nice hotel and convenient location."

"Room was not clean. Beds are terrible. Bedding was dirty. Expedia booked me for the wrong room to begin with and not what I requested. I would not pay $150 for this hotel again. Breakfast was just okay."

"Thin walls in rooms. Heard a very sick person all night the first night. The second night heard them talking to one in the morning. Hate to mention, but, thinnest toilet paper ever and when you pay almost $500 for two nights, well, you’d think you’d at least get 2-ply! Last of all 630 AM breakfast was more like 650 AM breakfast!"

"Good hot tub and they allowed a late checkout for no cost. Decent breakfast."

"Beautiful Property and convenient"

"Stayed for a little over a week and rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and staff is very friendly. Having a kitchen area in the room (including a full size fridge) really helps with those longer stays."

"Clean room"

"The rooms weren’t cleaned and it smelled bad in our room. Only allowed 2 towels and trade them in when we needed fresh ones."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and conveniently located for getting in and out of Austin. The owners were such a lovely couple and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and they were incredibly accommodating of my mom’s gluten allergy. Such a fantastic experience with genuinely wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend!"
