"Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. No kettle or coffee machine in the room. No mini-fridge or ice machine. No desk or table in the room. No USB-C ports in the room, though there was a USB port and adapters were sold from a vending machine in the lobby. You can get a cup of tea in the lobby for 2 UK pounds. There are some coffee shops nearby including Starbucks by the train station. Shower is quite narrow, though clean and modern. I didn't like the smell of the shampoo provided, but I will say that it was wonderful with my hair. We purchased a bar of soap at Boots because the pump on the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner combo was so annoying. It only gave a little bit of soap at a time. No lotion or face cloths were provided. The towels were more like bath sheets, large and fluffy. So, a mixed bag, really. For me, providing free coffee and tea would have done a lot to make the stay more pleasant."
