"A luxury hotel that absolutely earns that title and meets the standard that you would expect. Even though the hotel property is not very far from the town of Pitlochry--walking into town and back is no great strain--the property envelopes you in calm and luxury. The woodland paths create distance between you and the mad world. The lobby full of sofas and stuffed chairs invites a lingering stay--a book and an afternoon are all you need. We stayed in a fairly basic room, but it was immaculate and luxurious, with lush and peaceful views down the valley. The staff are exceptional--we were greeted with samples of the hotel's whisky liqueur, which itself was perfect. We enjoyed the "gym" facilities downstairs. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional. After our travels, it was like walking into another world entirely. And the building itself is beautiful. I can't say enough about the experience."

"A lovely and comfortable family stay at the hotel. Great location but a bit further from the nearest town. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the girls Renee, Van and Tabiytha for looking after the morning breakfast fabulously. Food at the brownie Restaurant was nice , thanks to Telmo for a great service. It could do better at the Estate Room dining especially with the portions of the dishes being extremely small with respect to the prices. Would love to visit again. "

"Really good experience as we used Dunalastair Suites Hotel as our base for explorations around Kinloch Rannoch. Staff members were friendly and very helpful when we had a minor issue including Nicola on Reception who also draws maps to supplement Google and Eugene who was pleasantly engaging and efficient in the bar and on busy breakfast duties. Incidentally the breakfasts were lovely but we self-catered in the suite and ate out locally for dinners. Really good stay and we wish the team well as new owners anticipated end of June 2025."
