"The hotel was well maintained. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite. The availability of dental kits, combs, coffee mix and tea bags in the lobby made the hotel very welcoming. The room was very clean. The comfortable slippers and pajamas in the room made one feel right at home. The blackout blinds and the quietness of the room enabled relaxing and restful sleep. The hotel's location was great due to its proximity to the bus and train stations. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Osaka."
