Was not disclosed prior to renting. Did not have hot water for first couple days. Property manager had me try resetting heater several times. "Ski and shopping weekend. Great place to stay for a large family. Clean, well organized, and great communication from the host."

"The loft was beautiful! It has huge vaulted ceilings, lots of light, a big shower with two shower heads! Very clean. The only negatives were the road noise from the nearby freeway and the excessive chemical/soaps used on the bedding. Considering the building and its location the noise wasn’t terrible and the soap could just be because my skin is very sensitive to laundry detergents/softeners. The Kitchen is amazing. The couch and bed are very comfy. I’ll definitely be staying there again."
