"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

"We stayed a night here and the room was clean, spacious and well stocked. It’s in a great location too - right next to Hyde Park for a nice walk. The baggage storage facilities were much appreciated, but when we asked staff if there was a chance our room would be ready 30 mins before check-in, we received quite a scoff in response… weird!"
