"This place is impossible to reach by email or phone. The phone and chat are responded by an AI or goes to voicemail. Emails are responded by AI agents without any real solution. They gave me a small room with two small uncomfortable twin beds when I had booked a room with a single larger bed. I didn't realize this until a week later. I called them several times and send emails requesting for a refund. No one has ever responded. Read the recent reviews to get an idea. Avoid this place"
