"I only booked this house for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7-year-old) for one night as we were passing through the area. I wanted something peaceful as we had to be in the car for about 9 hours to get there. Let me tell you, I was so sad that we were only there one night. "We loved the cabin it was so cozy. It was not far from everything we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable. The only thing I would critique is pots and pans were not clean in the cupboard. We had to scrub them to use them. The front and back door glass needs a good cleaning. But it was a great place to stay. We would definitely come back here again!"

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. "Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."
