This home away from home is made up of two separate buildings each with their own entrance as they are not connected. The larger home has two bedrooms with king beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the study. Each room has a full bathroom. The apartment over the carport has two bedrooms each with its own full bathrooms. The large windows in the living room and the dining room of the larger home allow you to have a gorgeous view of the lake constantly. The open space kitchen allows for plenty of room to cook those delicious family meals! Spend some family bonding time by playing card games at the game table, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Enjoy your meals with an unbeatable view thanks to the convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. This house is a true work of art – the elegant touches through the interior of this getaway provide rustic charm, the sleek and comfortable furnishings will truly help you relax in style, and the jaw-dropping cobblestone wall where you can find the flatscreen TV is something out of this world.

Take advantage of the lake and have endless water fun! Fishing is allowed along the retaining wall and from the pier. Rent a boat at one of the numerous boat rentals like Splash Boat Rentals. Stop by Wave Chasers and rent some fun water gear! Try some local cuisine at one of the many restaurants in Kingsland (less than two miles away). Of course, do not forget to shop for souvenirs. Go on an adventure and see some underground hideouts at Longhorn Cavern State Park.

Lake access
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: Boat dock is available. Guest will have to bring their own ropes to tie to dock. No lift is available.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
