This home boasts beautiful lake views and is great for family entertainment like preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, competing in a friendly game of ping pong, or relaxing in the screened porch. The boat slip is covered with lift (rated to 6000 lbs) and includes a dual jet ski ramp. The shaded back yard is a great place for a relaxing afternoon with family and friends.

Bring your boat to enjoy a plethora of lake activities, just steps from your door. When you're not on the lake, you can head to the tasting room at Perissos Vineyard & Winery, just under 10 miles away through the town of Kingsland. Enjoy a round of golf at Legends Golf Course, seven-and-a-half miles away, or scale the stalagmites at Longhorn Cavern State Park, only 12 miles from the home.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
