With parking for up to 17 vehicles, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew!

The Space:
If you’re looking for the perfect lakeside retreat, this spacious property on Lake LBJ has everything you need for a memorable getaway. With accommodations for up to 18 guests, the property is ideal for large group gatherings, family reunions, or celebratory weekends with friends.

The house is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and flexibility, with three separate units—Unit A, Unit B, and Unit C. Unit A and Unit B are connected internally, allowing for seamless flow between the spaces, but each also has its own private entrance. Unit C is a separate, private unit detached from Units A and B.

Unit A features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and its own entrance. Unit B offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, giving your group plenty of space to spread out. Unit C, perfect for smaller groups or added privacy, includes one bedroom, a sleeper couch, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a cozy living area. All three units have everything you need to feel at home, including their own kitchens, dining spaces, and living rooms.

The property’s outdoor amenities make it a true lakeside paradise. Start your day on the screened-in porch, fire up the BBQ on the deck for lunch, and relax in the large yard shaded by majestic pecan trees. When evening falls, gather around the fire pit to share stories, roast marshmallows, and stargaze.

Water enthusiasts will love the lakefront access, with two boat slips, a fishing dock, and a jet ski lift (jet ski not included). For floating fun, a large blue water mat is provided, complete with a sandbag anchor to keep it in place. Noodles and a few life jackets are also available for guests to use. Guests are kindly asked to roll and store the water mat as found before departure to maintain it for future visitors.

For entertainment, the property includes a foosball table, ping pong table, and corn-hole, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. With ample parking for up to 17 vehicles, you won’t have to worry about accommodating your entire group.

Other Things to Note:
Please do not block the shared main driveway. We have 17 spaces and you can tandem park 4 at the bottom level). Boat trailers fit up top on the top parking level where the trash cans go.
