"I've not stayed here before and was satisfied overall. It is a pub so a little noisy when in the hotel room as it stays open until 12. However, given it is a pub this is to be expected and not really a criticism. (I booked it knowing it was a pub so my own fault!) Facilities in the room were good - excellent shower and bathroom; tea and coffee-making equipment. Breakfast was good, pricing seems similar to other hotels in the city. "The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
