"On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night"

"Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel...

"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. "Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "

"Absolutely unfit for rental. No bulbs in lamps. No towels. Only boiling water in the shower - unable to take a shower. We had to go to lesure centre to be able to shower. Never again."
