"Brilliant accommodation - had a suite which was bedroom, lounge, kitchen with breakfast table [all amenities dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle etc] small ante-room, bathroom and entrance hall! Amazing for the price! Downstairs the food and beer are equally brilliant and really nicely served. The place was busy [mid-week] but no surprise there. Can't fault it, will be back!"

"Stayed in one of the bigger family pods. Very clean, warm and cosy. Couldn't fault it. Needed bedding for the sofa bed. Staff went out and grabbed some straight away, very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Would come again and reccomend"

"The cottage was well kept and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The cottage is close to cafes and shops. There is a public footpath opposite the cottage which is used by local dog walkers and the sea front is about a mile away."

"Staff very welcoming and helpful. Well equipped room, we particularly appreciated the coffee machine, fresh milk in the fridge and air conditioning. Hotel well positioned for our planned visit to Kings Lynn. Breakfast also very good with everything you could possibly want."

"Sue and Clive have a well deserved good reputation. We wanted an immersive English countryside experience in a 400 year old Inn, and that is what we got. A delicious full English breakfast is included in the room price."

"Lovely so quiet,and comfortable. Finding the shower over bath harder now as no rail and felt a little unsafe.Roadworks extremely noisy on Thursday night,didn't realise on booking they would be working through the night until 6am.,better as they were further along on Friday and I was so tired from night before.Shower head leaked,and thought cleaner would be in 2nd day to refil biscuits etc and bath towels so small for chillier months.Didnt get to talk to any staff this time as the girl in pub just handed keys over."
